    HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

    To order your products simply browse our store, locate the products you wish to purchase and press the "Add to Cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart. Once you have all the items you want to purchase in your cart, click the Checkout button to proceed to the Checkout. Our checkout procedure is an easy step-by-step process where you will be asked for your billing, delivery and payment information. If you have any problems ordering please contact us.

    You can view your orders with Lottie London anytime by logging into your customer account. After logging in, click on 'My Orders' on the right.

    HOW DO I UPDATE MY INFORMATION? 

    You can update your account information with Lottie London anytime by logging into your customer account. After logging in, select from the customer options on the right which include Account Information and Newsletter Subscription.

    HOW DO I BECOME A STOCKIST?

    To enquire about becoming a Lottie London Australia stockist, please fill out the contact form on the website. One of our team will get back to you if we are able to work with you. 

    I'VE HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY DELIVERY - WHO DO I CONTACT?

    If you are having an issue with your delivery please email us on hello@lottielondon.com.au. Please make sure you have your name and order number to hand so we can trace this for you.

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? 

    Within Australia, we aim to have your items with you within 3-5 working days (this may increase to 7-14 working days during busy periods such as Christmas). 

    HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM OR ASK FOR AN EXCHANGE?

    If you want to return an item you can do so as long as the product is unopened and unused. Please contact the customer service team within 30 days of receiving the goods and specify why you are returning the item/s, and if you are returning the item/s for a refund or an exchange. We will then give you a returns number. If the product is faulty please let us know the problem. Once we have received the item/s back into our warehouse we will arrange a refund or exchange for you.

    HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    If you wish to cancel your order please contact customer services as soon as possible after placing your order. If the order has already been shipped we may ask you to return it to us. Once we have received the order back we will arrange a refund. 

    THERE IS A PRODUCT MISSING FROM MY ORDER

    If your order is incomplete please contact customer service on hello@lottielondon.com.au with your order number. Please note that some items will be shipped separately due to longer lead times and we will communicate this to you.
